Cancelling Before Shipment

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or anytime before it has been shipped—whichever comes first. To cancel, just drop a request to our customer support team via email.
 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you can still request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Changes

At the moment, we’re unable to change items or update delivery addresses once an order is placed. If you need adjustments, you’ll need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
