Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

Email us your order ID and reason for return within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Once your returned item is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

In cases where an item partially meets the return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Currently, order modifications are not available. If changes are needed, you will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.

Depending on your location and courier availability, most orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours or before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the item after delivery.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package will return to our warehouse. You can request a re-delivery.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or details. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund.

Minor differences in color, texture, or fit may occur, and occasional stock discrepancies or transit issues can happen. Our team will always assist if any issue arises.
