By shopping with us, you agree to the terms explained below regarding returns and refunds. If you ever need to send something back, our process is designed to be simple and clear.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All product tags, labels, and packaging should be intact and returned in the same state as received.    
 

Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any form will not be accepted for return. Return requests should be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Items that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be eligible for a return.  

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Send us an email with your Order ID and reason for return at torgeninnovationssolutionspvtl@gmail.com.

Step 2: If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the issue to help us verify quickly.

Step 3: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the next steps and instructions for sending the product back.

 

Please note that returns not following these steps may be declined.

Refund Process and Timeline  

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully completed.  

Partial Refunds  

In certain situations where an item only partially qualifies, such as missing packaging or minor issues, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
